That depends on the domain extension. A .nl domain can often be transferred quickly once the transfer code is known, while for other extensions, such as .com, the transfer may take a few days. We'll keep you updated.
Will my website or email be offline during the move?
No. We'll transfer your domain name without any downtime. Your website and email will remain accessible throughout the transfer.
What is a transfer code or EPP code?
The transfer code (also known as an authorization code, EPP code, or token) is a unique code that you use to confirm that you are authorized to transfer the domain name. You can request this code from your current provider.
Why can't my domain name be transferred?
In most cases, the domain is still locked (transfer lock), is less than 60 days old, or the contact information is incorrect. We're happy to help you resolve this.
Will I remain the owner of my domain name?
Yes. You will always remain the registrant of your domain name. Do you just want to change the registrant? In that case, no transfer is necessary, and we will update the WHOIS information.
Can I also transfer my website and email?

Which nameservers will my domain use after the transfer?
After the migration, your domain name will be hosted on MintyDNS, our own DNS platform with DNSSEC. The nameservers are ns1.mintydns.com, ns2.mintydns.nl, and ns3.mintydns.eu. Would you prefer to use different nameservers? You can do that—simply adjust them in our control panel.
