Installing AnyDesk for Windows

Step 1: Go to the AnyDesk website

1. Open your web browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
2. In the address bar, type: https://anydesk.com and press Enter.

Step 2: Search for the download page

1. On the AnyDesk homepage, look for a button or link that says "Download Now."
2. Click the "Download" button to go to the download page.

Step 3: Select your operating system

1. On the download page you will see different options for different operating systems.
2. Look for the option for "Windows," and click on it.

Step 4: Download the installation file

1. A pop-up will appear or the download will start automatically.
2. Wait until the installation file is completely downloaded. This file will usually be saved in your "Downloads" folder.

Step 5: Open the installation file

1. Go to the "Downloads" folder on your computer.
2. Find the AnyDesk installation file, this will probably be an .exe file.
3. Double-click the .exe file to start the installation process.

Step 6: Install AnyDesk

1. An AnyDesk setup wizard window appears.
2. Click "Install" to begin installation.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. You can accept default settings or choose custom options, depending on your preferences.
4. Click "Accept & Install" to continue with the installation.

Step 7: Open AnyDesk

1. After installation, AnyDesk should open automatically. If not, go to the Start menu.
2. Look for the AnyDesk icon and click on it to open the application.

Step 8: Grant the necessary permissions

1. AnyDesk may ask for certain permissions in order to function properly.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to give AnyDesk access to necessary features, such as screen recording and remote access.

Step 9: Start using AnyDesk

1. After completing the installation and granting the necessary permissions, AnyDesk will be ready for use.
2. You can now use the AnyDesk interface to connect to other devices.
