Job Dekker (our contact person)'s strength is that he really speaks the language of the business and doesn't get stuck in ICT jargon. This makes things very clear, which is very pleasant. When it doesn't work, Minty Media's support makes sure it works again, and they respond within a short time. Definitely recommended!

The worst partnership ever from June 2022 to 12/02/2023.They first ask you to move your website to their own hosting, and move from Shopify to Woocommerce, charge you a lot because they promised a lot.They gained access to our website and without our permission on a Sunday without prior notice ran a new test (beta software) on our website and Bol.com integration, POS.Then everything went wrong, our purchase price became our selling price and we received so many orders that we could not ship to our customers because the price was wrong.Our account manager from Minty Media did nothing to help or compensate us for this and at the end he started telling lies and taking no responsibility for his actions, saying that it was not his fault that the beta software caused major errors on my website, Bol.com and Mpluskassa POS.My question is who built the software and who did I pay for this?I have been waiting for months now but still no word or compensation for the loss they cost us and finally our Bol.com account was closed.But they will hear from our lawyer soon.If you love your business and don't want to waste your time and money, run away from Minty Media.They promise what they can't deliver and cost us a lot of money on their service and less revenue.Run away from Minty Media, don't say no one warned you.Why does Bol.com allow these kind of companies and don't follow up on what they do?
