- Work
As an intern support employee at Minty Hosting you will be involved in handling customer questions correctly and efficiently. This can be by phone or email. If a customer needs extra help, you have no problem receiving the customer at the office and personally helping him or her with ICT questions. You help customers register domain names, help with mail-related questions and keep a close eye on the private servers. During this internship there is plenty of room to develop yourself!
- You will answer customer questions by email, phone or in person;
- You will advise current or new customers on our products;
- You will identify and report potential technical problems within our products;
- You manage the DNS;
- You deal with SSL certificate applications;
- You identify other questions and put it to the appropriate person.
