- Work
As System Administration / Linux at Minty Hosting, you are concerned with handling customer inquiries correctly and efficiently. This can be by phone or email. If a customer needs extra help, you find it no problem to receive the customer at the office and help him or her personally with ICT questions. You set up and optimize servers in Linux. You take care of DNS management and analyze possible errors in our products. You help customers register domain names, set up mail and take care of the management and automation of processes. During this internship there is plenty of room to develop yourself!
- You will answer customer questions by email, phone or in person;
- You will advise current or new customers on our products;
- You will identify and report potential technical problems within our products;
- You will be involved in designing cloud software and systems;
- You will be involved in implementing, managing and maintaining Internet applications;
- You identify other questions and put it to the appropriate person.
